New members may receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To withdraw this bonus, a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount must be completed. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000, and a total of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets must be placed before the bonus can be withdrawn.

6.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds are not direct cash; they can only be withdrawn once the wagering requirement is met.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be claimed at the same time unless the site explicitly permits it.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account may be closed.
• buzzy 999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Participation in bonus offers is entirely optional.

6.3 Other Promotions

buzzy 999 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances.

9.1 Temporary Suspension

• When documents are requested for identity verification and not received within the specified time.
• When a suspicious transaction is identified, for the duration of the investigation.
• When a member personally requests a temporary break (self-exclusion).

9.2 Permanent Closure

• When a prohibited activity described in Section 8 is proven.
• When registration under a false identity is proven.
• Upon instruction from a law enforcement agency.

In the case of permanent closure, any legitimate balance may be returned after review. However, funds associated with prohibited activities will remain forfeited.
